At Peelu, every piece is made with care. If something isn't quite right, we offer a simple and transparent exchange process to make things right.
2. Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
- Sale, discounted, or custom items are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- No cash refunds are provided, except where required by law.
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Email support@peeluonline.com with your order number, reason, and clear product photos.
- Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
- Once approved, return the product through our courier partner or as instructed.
- We'll process and ship your replacement after inspection.
4. Shipping & Costs
- If the item is defective or incorrect, Peelu covers return shipping.
- For all other approved exchanges, customers bear the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
