At Peelu, every piece is made with care. If something isn't quite right, we offer a simple and transparent exchange process to make things right.

2. Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Sale, discounted, or custom items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • No cash refunds are provided, except where required by law.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email support@peeluonline.com with your order number, reason, and clear product photos.
  2. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Once approved, return the product through our courier partner or as instructed.
  4. We'll process and ship your replacement after inspection.

4. Shipping & Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Peelu covers return shipping.
  • For all other approved exchanges, customers bear the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
