No — you can check out as a guest.Creating an account simply makes things easier: faster checkout, saved addresses, and order tracking.

1. Choose your product, size, and color. 
2. Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout. 
3. Enter your delivery details and select a payment method. 
4. Confirm your order — and that’s it! You’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is placed. 

We currently offer: 

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan. 
• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard). 
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa (selected regions). 

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. 

Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified before dispatch.If you wish to make changes, please contactsupport@peeluonline.comas soon as possible — or request an exchange after delivery under ourReturn & Exchange Policy.

• Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days 
• International (if available): 10–15 working days 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.   

We work with trusted logistics partners for smooth and safe delivery across Pakistan.

Our courier will make up to two attempts. If both fail, your parcel will be held for one business day before being returned to our office.You can reschedule delivery by contacting the courier directly or reaching out to support@peeluonline.com.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@peeluonline.com with your order number and product photos.We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

• Exchanges only, within 7 days of delivery. 
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
